I went there on Saturday last, the 11th May, found it very interesting, the car parking cost was very economical, unlike many of the rest of Dorset towns & attractions.
If you go there, take the flat(tish) walk to Worbarrow Bay. (I know a lot of you have.)
I took loads of photos including some panoramas and IR, will put some on here when I get them sorted.

Grumpy note. The moronic parents who let their children run, stamp & scream, scream & scream around inside the church.

I forgot to add. I filled my car tank with petrol at £1.21p a litre before going to Dorset & the New Forest, I couldn't see petrol at less than £1.29p and on the M27 and at one village garage it was no less than £1.32p. Came back with 1/3 tank.
Don't know about the Rudolph (Diesel) prices as I gave up on that addiction 8 years ago............

Historically, diesel prices here in Norway have always been much lower than petrol.
At the moment, we are paying approx. £1.29 for petrol and £1.15 for diesel.
I run a diesel-powered car...Grin

being a prehistorian i also become angry when people run up and down neolithic and bronze age barrows. {i am presuming that warbarrow is one of these. i once saw some school children with teacher playing cricket on Waylands smithy. i told them politely to sod off and show respect.

Wor Barrow which is on Cranborne Chase near Sixpenny Handley is a long barrow, Worbarrow Bay is likely named after the Flower's Barrow Hillfort above it.

I was in Dorset in march hunting down Neolithic long barrows but didn't get to wor barrow. I am returning for more long barrows in July and go to wor barrow. I am very much into the Neolithic and spend a lot of my time studying in depth this period.

I am not too keen on the nasty genocidal chalcolithic bronze age thugs.

what's your angle. do you live in Dorset.

John, I am just a photographer (amateur) I live not too far from Dorset.
The B/w photos were taken on a Panasonic Lumix GX7 converted to infrared with an internal 830nm filter.
