Ok i found this on another photographic forum.

If you value your work at all, then I strongly recommend you make your voice known on this Petition

The Government plans an overhaul of copyright legislation to bring tighter control and stronger penalties for file sharing of music and movies. However, within this legislation they also wish to remove almost all copyright protection from still images, making it legal for anyone to make non-commercial use of any image for free.

So it will be OK to steal still photos, then logically why not moving images?
It then follows that movies with sound shouild be treated the same way, which leads logically to free music being available too. Wink

Of course that woundn't happen though, too many vested interests with parliamentary connections.
