User Awards Customisation
When i give a user award it says on the award "user award" but i have noticed when other people give awards they appear to be more personalized, how do i achieve that?
Well, it wasn't where I thought it was!! (not helpful, sorry). This comment will 'bump' you to the top of the page, if no-one comes in to help, scroll down and place a 'Report' (Contact Support), I'm sure one of the guys-in-the-back-room will have more info! 
If you visit your Photo Albums in your Portfolio, there's an album named 'Awards Manager', once in that album you'll see tabs for managing the photos you're planning to award (if you shortlist etc), one of those tabs is 'Award Designer', where you can customise your Award design.
