V700 scanner problem

I have installed a V700 scanner onto my laptop, but in the 'document type ' box it won't allow me to choose 'film' only document.

What software are you using? The scanner normally comes with additional software to make it work properly, and it may also depend on which version of Windows or Mac OS you are using.

Windows 10, the scanner is several years old and my laptop is new !!
