VS mode challenge...
What is it, can anyone say...many times i find message in my buzz that one image has won a VS mode challenge...
You'll find it in the black menu bar at the top of the page under 'More'.
It is a very informal competition where images similar in style, form or genre are compared and you choose which you feel is the better image.
You can opt out by going to Settings--->Manage what other visitors can see and the actions they can take--->Allow my photos to be used in Versus Mode, and change that setting to 'Deny'

Many times ago i used to play sudoku by the small images here in this site, it sounds like a game...
Actually i had never won or completed in record time...
Just to clue you into the Sudoku (from an ex team member). It was made from one of our department (who has also left), but the games were manually imputed and although we tried to stay on top of them creating more week after week after week. It was a little too much, and we would have issues when we forgot.
So I think when we moved to version 5 (this is currently version 6) We made it so that it would 'make the games' itself so take the trouble away from us. However I think it got axed as did quite a few features, to make the site more streamline and focus on the features that promoted photography.

I never wanted suduko, but i played it, and it was a very useful time passing game...
