Wanted Giottos tripod part

I need a part for my Giottos MTL 8360B tripod. Just wondering if anyone has one on a tripod they no longer use. It's the standard item but I need another for mounting video gear on a short column. Just the plate and screw.Or what have you?

Any random part I look on online auction site ,there is always someone selling something for next to nothing even if you have to wait for it from China
