Many members on here will know that I am a more than keen Street Photographer…..during damp and showery days,I carry. Common garden plastic bag ….but can’t shoot pics through it….very frustrating.

My main ploy on very wet days is to tuck my tiny SONY RX 100 MKIII into my rainwear collar…but it just isn’t the same as my LUMIX GX8. or GX9….

Has anyone solved this problem…. Just how damp can a camera and lens get… ?

Would using a protective polish/sealer do the job? Not the front element obviously….?

Any thoughts on this…. Is there a fully weather sealed micro four thirds system ?

It may be worth taking a look at OP TECH Rainsleeves

Here in the UK retailers like Park Cameras & WEX sell them

Olympus omd em1 and em5 series are supposed to be weather sealed, I have the EM1 mk1 so far only got it wet in light rain. Heavy rain I dont want me in it let alone a camera.
