Weekly B&W challenge ending 27 March -- Bargain!

I had a good day out yesterday taking photos with a film camera older than myself, and purchased in January for the princely sum of £20. An absolute bargain as it works very well indeed, which has caused me to wonder about any bargains you may have seen or even treated yourself to. Your challenge this week is to illustrate any kind of bargain, so a wide choice of street shop sales, bargain hotel breaks, a real snip you bought for yourself, or maybe people negotiating in a market?
That should give you both indoor and outdoor choices in case the weather's bad, so I get your thinking caps on and your cameras ready!
The rules (as always) are:
1. The challenge is just for fun.
2. All images must be taken after the theme is announced.
3. All images must be uploaded by 8pm on Wednesday
4. All uploads must be B&W (or sepia toned)
5. Only one upload per member
6. The person who hosts is the judge for that week challenge and the judge’s decision is final
7. The winner gets to create, run and judge the challenge for the following week
8. Have fun - but you don't need to tell us the real price you paid for it!

But, but, but ........ Surely you realised this was an excuse to treat yourself for your art?

New regulations in force, as decided by the in-house chancellor of the exchequer - something must go so that something can come in and the incoming item not to cost more than the outgoing...the uncertainty surrounding Brexit gets the blame...

Having been around the world with Blue Planet Live, I've been having problems with the site for a few minutes. I've been through the photos a few times now though, and I'm really pleased with the range of interpretations of the theme, as well as the quality of the entries. There were several potentioal winners amongst them, but I'm going to go with Chris's "free" cat as a sort of anti-bargain. Having been at my sister's for a few days and suffering her fostered cat coming up on the bed to be sick 2 nights running(!), I've still chosen the cat photo!
So congrats to Chris and over to you for next week!
