Weekly B&W Challenge ending 8pm Wed 14th August 2019 - In Motion

Well, I did say I would be nice. At least I think that this theme is and I do enjoy it whenever it comes up.
So I was about to have a look through the topic list and this one came to mind while I was logging on. The last time we did something similar is far enough down the list to mean I can post this once more.
In Motion so moving subject, Camera still or panning, it's up to you.
Rules
1. The challenge is just for fun.
2. All images must be taken after the theme is announced.
3. All images must be uploaded by 8pm on Wednesday
4. All uploads must be B&W (or sepia toned)
5. Only one upload per member
6. The person who hosts is the judge for that week challenge and the judge’s decision is final
7. The winner gets to create, run and judge the challenge for the following week
8. Have fun

I am back with verdict reached.
You lot certainly haven't just been going through the motions. A few different interpretations and ideas.
I had better get a move on and announce this weeks lucky winner. After much consideration I have decided that "Snail pace" by philstan gets the vote this week. Very well done and humorous also. He certainly doesn't look sluggish!!
So well done to Phil and many thanks to everyone for taking part this week.
