Weekly B&W Challenge ending 8pm Wed Nov. 28th - ALBUM COVERS
OK Peeps. Having ruminated, slept on it and consulted the list, here is your next challenge - one that doesn't appear to have been done before.
As the topic of music came up last night, I'm going with that. I'd like to see your photos of album covers.
To be clear, I don't want you to simply unpack the vinyl, dust it off and take a shot. What I want to see is your re-creation of the image of a classic album cover. By 'classic' I mean one that YOU consider classic - for whatever reason. It may be that you really like that band/singer/album. Or you may just find the image appealing. Perhaps the album transports you back to a wonderful point in time. Whatever the reason, I'd love to see your recreation of it or, if you're feeling particularly creative, your re-imagining of what the album cover might look like if you could make it now. Please enter the band and album title somewhere in the title or description (so I/we can check them out for ourselves - we may find some new music we like!)
I really love to hear the stories behind photographs. So as much as you are willing and able (?!) please do feel free to add something, either in the description or in the forum afterwards - great way of everyone getting to know something new about each other.
Anyway, as ever. here are the rules...
1. The challenge is just for fun.
2. All images must be taken after the theme is announced.
3. All images must be uploaded by 8pm on Wednesday
4. All uploads must be B&W (or sepia toned)
5. Only one upload per member
6. The person who hosts is the judge for that week challenge and the judge’s decision is final
7. The winner gets to create, run and judge the challenge for the following week
8. Have fun
9. Play your music responsibly - be mindful of the neighbours when you're turning up the volume!

Hmm. Maybe an extra rule is needed?... Make sure you stick to the limits of reasonable, ethical conduct and don't harm any living thing in the process.

Three feasible ideas taking shape...
Tried twice and still not happy with my efforts. Have one more radical idea to try tomorrow. If it works, then will change my entry again...
