I have got my photo now. I took one yesterday and there was an issue with the autofocus on my camera and it wasn't sharp even though the live view focus point locked. It may be an issue with the camera (D5000). The contacts can be a bit funny occasionally. As I didn't have my reading glasses at the time I didn't even notice until I got the photos on to the computer.
Anyway sorted now and I been went for a paddle in the local stream.

Quote:Went out Sunday evening to get a few shots of a bridge in my local town of Drammen, but they are saving money and the bridge in question is no longer illuminated at night...resort to Plan B which had me revisiting the scene yesterday during the hours of daylight...
I was considering light painting my subject for a while but ran out of available nights. It sounds like your bridge is a bit big though.

Just a tad - about two hundred metres long - mind you, it's not so wide as it's only a foot/cycle bridge and boring as hell in the daylight - hence Plan B and bridge B...
