It's harder coming up with a theme than an image.....
Mrs D had some suggestions - Halloween, nothing to do with reminding me it's her birthday; like I'd forget.

However I've tried to keep it as open and varied as I can, and it can from birthdays (sort of)....

So ' TIME' it is. It could be indoors or outdoors, manufactured or natural and around many and varied subjects.
Just include an aspect of time - Someone looking at their watch, a clock face, an old object, differing generations together. Anything that conveys the passage of time. Yes even a birthday card.

The rules:
1. The challenge is just for fun.
2. YOUR IMAGE MUST BE TAKEN AFTER THE THEME IS ANNOUNCED.
3. The image must be uploaded in a comment in this thread by 8pm (UK time) on the following Wednesday.
4. Images must be B&W (or sepia toned).
5. Only one upload per member.
6. The person who hosts is the judge for that week's challenge and the judge’s decision is final.
7. The winner gets to create, run and judge the challenge for the following week.

For new participants - please be aware that should you win, you will need to set a new challenge and judge it after 'closing time' the following Wednesday.

If I understand you correctly, Somnath, you do not need to comment in order to get notifications, just slick on the blue 'Set Notifications' button above the opening post:

The passing of time

A bit of a busy week so here a bit rushed. The idea was to set up the camera, use the interval timer to take 10 images of the clock, one per minute and then blend them to look like the hands were blurred. I don't think it turned out too well but a bit of fun. Smile
