One day remaining to take a shot for this week B&W challenge. This weeks theme is open so feel free to enter anything as long as it was taken between wed 11th 8pm and 8pm on Wednesday 18th.

Since no one created a theme/challenge this week, its an open competition and we still need a judge for this week so any volunteers?

Why not randomly select one of the 121 members who has got their private messaging on. This might encourage more people to take part.

That sounds like a good idea.
It seems a bit unfair for someone who's entered to judge it as they will immediately remove themselves from the challenge.
Which rather removes the point of it.

Can anyone judge tonight weekly Black and white challenge

After 8pm tonight, all you need to do is pick what you think is the best B&W image uploaded this week. Currently we have 10 images the first one uploaded this week was faith in the city. Normally the previous weeks winner hosts the competition choosing a theme and picking a winner, but this for some reason did not happen this week hence the open week and need for a judge!

I'm sure with all the people on EZP someone could spare a few minutes to view and pick a winner. If you can judge can you please reply in this forum as I'm off out shortly to my camera club night.

cheers Rick

Nearly 8pm. Football on TV kickoff at 8pm.
If nobody else has come forward to Judge the Challenge, my views are -
3rd. Faith in the City.
2nd. Winter Walk.
1st. A life lived.

My personal opinion is that FATFRANKSFOLLY should be disqualified as he up loaded 2 photos and they were taken far too long ago. Both in breach of our rules. It was a good photo, but........................?

Sorry to be introducing dissent.

That's fair enough - the rules are pretty straightforward and easy enough to adhere to ...

That's true Ali.

Mistakes happen but he really should have been aware of the rules.
