Daves' guitar entry gave me the idea and checking the list we've not done this one in a very long time.... Music
Absolutely anything with a hint on a connection.
If it links to the title of a song, the name of a composer/artist or has an instrument in the image it'll qualify.
- So if you see a Magic Bus, with a Guitar painted on the side and driven by a Stevie Wonder look a like you've hit the jack pot.
1. The challenge is just for fun.
2. YOUR IMAGE MUST BE TAKEN AFTER THE THEME IS ANNOUNCED.
3. The image must be uploaded in a comment in this thread by 8pm (UK time) on the following Wednesday.
4. Images must be B&W (or sepia toned).
5. Only one upload per member
6. The person who hosts is the judge for that week's challenge and the judge’s decision is final.
7. The winner gets to create, run and judge the challenge for the following week.
8. Have fun.
9. Remember, The Rhythm Is Gonna Get You.

Thanks Peter, hopefully she'll be home to help with the judging Wednesday (or any other day I confuse for Wednesday).

Penn Whistles and 'Love is Teasing'
Growing up in Liverpool I used to occasionally hear this song belting out whilst I was walking past a pub. I was reminded of it when I bought these 'penny whistles' some years ago because there it was, large as life, plus which holes to put finger on! Very sentimental, very sad, but it's a nice tune. Got bored with the penny whistles, though, and they cost a 'pretty penny'....

Our little town usually hosts a folk festival, jazz festival, sea shanty festival and a Morris dancing weekend, not to mention the Ship Inn's bank holiday events where the temporary stage is built out over the beach. The independent music shop is always busy - but not for the last year.
