Weekly IL Macro Challenge ending 8pm Sunday 26th June 2022 - Light Painting

New challenge and I decided to go with a technique this week.
Any subject matter but turn the lights down low or completely off and use a torch, smartphone or anything that produces some light to make an exposure. It's something that I have done from time to time and can produce varied and interesting results.
The Rules:
1.The challenge is just for fun.
2. YOUR IMAGE MUST BE TAKEN AFTER THE THEME IS ANNOUNCED.
3. The image must be uploaded in a comment in this thread by 8pm (UK time) on the following Sunday
4. Only one upload per member
5. The person who hosts is the judge for that week's challenge and the judge’s decision is final
6. The winner gets to create, run and judge the challenge for the following week
7. Photos in the thread, no links.
8. For new participants - if you win, you will have to set and judge the next week's challenge.
9. Don't forget to turn off the lights.

Bubble blower and bottle. Lit with light on iPhone, covered in a couple of layers of toilet paper to diffuse the very harsh light.

A little film noir ...

Back again and in time honoured tradition, a couple of words or lines based upon each entry.
Dave - This takes me back to when I used to come home from school and turn on the TV to watch the series with Adam West. Some nice Gotham suitable lighting there and could this be the Joker in the pack?
C.B. - A nice Buddha statue and very well lit too. Nice shadows and graduated lighting on the background.
Malc - The bubbles look good with the lighting and I'm guessing that the colourful background is the bubble container. Also good use of whatever is necessary to control the light.
Andrew - As with C.B.'s some good shadows there and nice lighting as a result. Also a nice angle with film noir which suits the contrasty lighting.
Okay now it's getting on a bit so time to announce the winner and this may be the most difficult choice I have ever made since I started posting into these challenges as each one is a worthy winner but this week I have decided to go with C.B.'s Buddha statue. Nice lighting and textured background.
So well done to C.B. and many thanks everyone for taking part this week.
