Good morning EPZ challengees. Your next challenge has been done before but not for quite a time - it's to take a macro image to illustrate a film or tv series. If you're stuck for inspiration check out the IMDB web pages.

The all important rules:
1. The challenge is just for fun.
2. All images must be taken after the theme is announced.
3. The challenge runs from 8pm on the Sunday and runs until 8pm the following Sunday.
4. Only one upload per member.
5. Please feel free to comment on the entries once judging is complete.
6. The person who hosts is the judge for that week challenge and the judge’s decision is final.
7. The winner gets to create, run and judge the challenge for the following week.
8. Have fun and stay safe

Good luck.

Raided the kids rooms for an assortment of toys and settled on one of my favourites.
Thunderbirds, take your pick movie or tv show as long as it's the supermarionation versions.

Wait for the Grandchildren (now 15 & 8yrs)... they both have rooms of their own (currently unoccupied) and as my daughter has observed, more stuff than she had, or they have at her house...... Smile

Spoilt or Lucky - depending on point of view.

and some of us have never chosen to be parents. Though when I was 7 I coveted Thunderbird 2 to no avail, which is a sore point.
I do however play a mean game of cards, and have been known to erect the odd edifice. Sadly with a 120mm field of view, I didn't think my House of Cards qualified as macro in my eyes. So instead you get a film I was too young to see when it came out. Thankfully, it meant I was a lot more mature when I did finally see it in all it's gruesome glory. Don't blame me, the subject was positively begging for its 15 minutes.

I've just finished painting for the day - though have yet to clear up - only 5 hours today. However one more day at it and I reckon all the painting will be done - hooray!

Time is up. Back after some roast pork. Or should I say 'hasta la vista'.

An interesting collection of images and films.

Dave - I have a sneaking suspicion that Thunderbirds was your thing and this is a toy reluctantly donated to the grandchildren,,,,
Rob - I first thought that this must be a fly on the wall documentary of some kind - great macro stack - you were lucky it didn't move!
Malc - I think you need to file the ends of those barrels smooth after you have sawn them off but full marks for the smoke
Eddie - great point of view and good idea with the spider thread
Andrew - are you sure he's not moonlighting repairing gas boilers?
IL - great detail in your full frontal of a hairy butterfly

Difficult choice but there has to be a winner and the honour this week because of the excellent special effects is Malc. Well done and over to you.

Well done Malc and thanks for keeping us active Phil.
I'll have to put the boys toys away now. Well maybe another hour with the lego.....

Malc, an enviable winner indeed, both for the prop-making effort and the visual pun. Brilliant.

Thanks for the challenge Phil.
