Right – back to nature this week and a subject that should give you plenty to choose from be it flower details, leaf details or a single blade of grass.

Go off and commune with nature (or examine the weeds along the street) and see what you can find for me…..

The all important rules:

1. The challenge is just for fun.
3. The image must be uploaded in a comment in this thread by 8pm (UK time) on the following Sunday
4. Images only in this thread - discussion in the 'Weekly Macro Challenge - Discussion' thread
5. Only one upload per member
6. The person who hosts is the judge for that week's challenge and the judge’s decision is final
7. The winner gets to create, run and judge the challenge for the following week
8. Photos in the thread, no links.

Corn Poppy

My wife's friend came for a visit a few days ago bearing flowers. That was convenient. Smile
Lobelia - self-seeded by the front door, growing all across the entrance to the house but so lovely we left it. The flowers are about 1/2 inch across for those who remember old money.

Right - here I am. I've been debating for a while and as ever there are several contenders for the coveted first place. I've finally decided to opt for Malc's spider sitting on a mystery flower so am delighted to hand the baton over.
