I've just read on line that people have been hacked and have lost all their work from the above storage. Western recommend unplugging their My Books until further notice, which I've done. I have nothing missing, but I'll just reconnect it when i need to back up, which i do manually anyway.

I think my Book is newer than 2015 so perhaps has the update already, although you never know how long they've been on the shelf when you buy one. Thanks for the info. :)
