Hi

I have just put a load of my old camera gear up for sale on ebay, and in it I have a lens which I am not quite sure what it is, on it, it says helios 44m-4.

so that I can revise my listing and add on the details of this lens could anyone tell me what focal length this is, i.e is it 44mm (I've not heard of a lens being this length before) or is it even a normal lens.

Thanks Debbie

It may also say 2/58 on the front of the lens, in which case it is the 58mm f2 lens for Zenith and other M42 screwmount cameras. There is some more information if you Google 44m-4.

Oh yes it does I was thinking that the 58 was the size for the filters.

Thank you
