I have some photo's I would like to put on a timeline using a photo slide show with transitions, titles etc. I want to then burn them onto a DVD using Burnaware to watch on a DVD player on TV.

Can you please recommend one please?

MAGIX Movie Edit Pro would be my recommendation...

Pictures to Exe from WNSoft, the best.

I am not familiar with the Magix offering but did use Pictures to Exe for some time until we wanted a more professional look. Obviously if you are simply doing this for yourself then that's fine but if you want something that you might use for more exacting purposes then take a look at Photodex's Pro-Show range. Producer is astounding.

PicsToExe or ProShow Producer..Both good in their own way..
The O.P's enquiry was for a "photo slide show with transitions, titles etc."..... i.e. nothing to do with movies. While MAGIX Movie Edit Pro is a very good program, offering what appears to be good value, I'm not sure that's what the OP was looking for (the clue is in the name of the program). Apologies for my comment being rather late!

It's not something that I do, but our Town Clerk produces excellent slide shows of my community photography, complete with transitions, titles and sound track. I'll ask her what she uses and get back to you.

Would not Animoto meet the need?
