What's by your PC / Mac?

At home:
a calendar that still thinks its january
a 2007 Far Side calendar that hasn't changed since the day I went to South Africa
2 giant clothes pegs holding post-it notes
a giraffe
a small bear
a penguin that dances with your iPod
a blow up basketball net and ball
speakers
2 slinkies in different sizes
assorted batteries
a wind up space hopper
some parcel tape
several pads of paper
a furry armed mobile phone holder
a variety of shapes and sizes of post it
some wet wipes
some kitchen roll
some sleeping drops (that don't work unfortunately)
some headphones
a screw in filter for my 18-55 I think
a defunct halogen lightbulb
my parclays banking online pinsentry thingummy
a Chinese food pull out from the Feb Good Food mag
a hanky
my iPod docking station
a zebra print pencil cup, complete with pencils being clung onto by a couple of zebras
3 camera club programmes (only one of which is current)
a leaflet for a singing class
numerous written upon postits
some breath fresheners
a pint glass (which had water in it)
2 spare mouse mats
a pair of small sharp scissors
2 pairs of nail scissors
3 emery boards
and a keyring with a flip flop and hibiscus flower charm
then there's all the PC and printer stuff
That was a bit like playing the generation game!
In the office we have a clear desk policy (which some might say is just as well given the above list) but during the day has my glasses case, ipod, piles of paperwork, 2 mugs and a pencil

Looking around I can see -
computer,
camera,
graphics tablet,
a variety of leads for ipods, cameras, etc
my ipaq,
some juggling balls,
a mini tripod,
camera charger (not for the camera that is on the desk!)
stapler and assorted pens scissors etc
receipts
some usb sticks
laptop
a variety of 'Joe Bender' magnetic bendable people
hanging above my desk is an RAF Mountian Rescue action man figure and stretcher
scraps of paper
acoustic guitar that I can't yet play which currently only has 5 strings
clothes peg
dead light tube for my fish tank
dead leaf
broken handle for an umbrella
sunglasses case that is on its way to rejoin the sunglasses when I remember where I put them
so the usual kind of things and a few odd bits that I ought to do something about, like bin the dead light tube and the umbrella handle, but you never know they may come in handy!
