My answer is today!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the last two days where I've finished a roll of slide film which was in the camera before my ongoing vision problems.... (10 months now).

I was even asked by a middle-aged couple if I am a professional!
It must have been the 0.6x wide video lens I had adapted on my standard 50mm.

What are you waiting for?
Get your cameras and start shooting! Nobody will get hurt.

Last Christmas, on a Nikon F90.It was fun and a reminder of what I used to do all the time. I have one Kodak 200ISO colour film left to use but am endeavouring to choose another memorable occasion, probably this coming Christmas, to use it.

Yesterday - used a Holga 120 for some B&W double and triple exposures - absolutely no idea how they will turn out though!

Last August, using my Minolta X-500/50-mm F/1.4/28-mm, f/2.8 Rokkor lenses and a roll of Fuji Velvia 50 at the RHS Wisley gardens Surrey.
I still love it. and I can recommend 'Peak imaging' for E-6 processing.

Regularly use my OM4ti for Black and white. Nothing beats it when developing and printing it all too

Using a PC beats it every time.

I used to spend hours in my dark room developing films and printing them later for customers - so much easier now.

Shot 3 rolls of Rollie RPX 100 at the weekend, first for a whileSmile Glad to get back to the business of taking pictures and away from digital for a while. Digital for business yes, but for myself film every time. Strangely both my sons are photographers and they've come to the same conclusion independent of my opinion after using digital for a while.

Last summer on holiday I used my FM2 and a 35mm lens as an experiment. Made some mistakes too, like forgetting to focus!! Still got some film in my F4 as well haven't used that in ages. A shame actually, the build quality on today's cameras is not so good in my opinion unless of course you go high end.
