Hi June,

I would have to go with a few;

Greg and Cecilia Lazzaro, csurry, and that's just a start.

One amongst many excellent photographers but albi's kingfisher action shots are really outstanding.
Thanks for an interesting thread, it has given me food for thought. I'll come back in due course.

I had a look at Geoff's PF Dan. You're not kidding, he has some great wildlife shots.

How do they get such great photos with such cheap gear? (smiley)

I have to say my favourite on EPZ is Geoff Simpson, I love shots that really show both the environment of the subject in the images too. I think Kev Lewis is also very good at this and he is also a great wildlife photographer.

Its also nice to see some different subjects and really appreciate how wonderful some other subjects are that you really dont see photographed very often such as Sand Lizards and smooth snakes.

I had a look at Geoff's PF Dan. You're not kidding, he has some great wildlife shots.

Yes, excellent. Taking tame owls on a post is one thing, trying to get shots like these of kingfishers is in another league all together. If I had the skill, I certainly would never have the patience!

Totally agree with that.
One's wildlife photography (as in Albi's excellent shots) and the other's photographing wildlife (as in captive birds). Not a lot of difference in the description but there's a world of difference in the procedure and skill involved.
