That's one way of forcing us to slow down and use a tripod to compose a scene.
Looks like the film may have been pretty large - so a high quality image likely too.

The Cubans are extremely resourceful, for example their US classic cars are stuck together with insulating tape and coat hanger wire and they shoehorn Lada engines to keep the cars going, a wonderful country, can’t wait to return..
