Why an adult photo?

I was just wondering why this shot is classified as an adult photo.

It's not like you can see the fish's naughty bits or anything...

LOL, I imagine it was just a mistake by the poster.

Are you kidding? In the world of the anemone, this is about as pornographic as it gets.

I'd imagine the only reason you haven't had a load of complaints is because most anemone (at least the ones I have spoken to) find typing with their squishy tentacles quite difficult.

They should make a special keyboard or something.

clearly it's because the anenome is the one bieng exploited .. now if it was the other way round , thats a different matter!

Think claimed it was an adult photo to try and get more clicks from the publicity.
Everyone knows sex sells!

Ah yes but what does it sell, David! Give these poor innocent anenomes a hint of bright lights, seabeds paved with gold and the promise of plankton on tap every night and they're off, only to fall into the hands of unscrupulous fish. Evolution is their only hope! 8-D

It's the bloody clown fish you need to worry about. Just found this.

The sex life of the clownfish is pretty strange. All clownfish hatch from their eggs as males. The largest fish in an anemone is always female. If she dies, the largest male will become female. The largest juvenile then matures, becoming a functional male and mates, replacing the one who just changed sex.

Good grief, don't some people (fish-people that is) lead complex lives! And we think we have 'issues' to deal with!
