In case you missed the news post, we're sponsoring the Amateur chapter of the World Sports Photography Awards and it is open to entries now! [Enter here]
Recently, we announced winners for the third World Sports Photography Awards and then opened up a new competition for amateur photographers. It's a really cool opportunity for photographers passionate about capturing moments in sport to showcase their best shots.
It's simple, photographers can enter up to 3 images across all sporting categories that have been taken within the last 12 months. Anyone who does not currently earn a regular income from sports photography is eligible to enter the amateur awards. Important: entries must be before 15th Sep 2022.
What can you win? Well, you'll receive a unique behind-the-scenes sporting event experience, where you'll spend the day with a Pro Sports Photographer shooting the event and learning about what it takes to be a pro in the world of sports photography. Also, you'll get the opportunity to try out your dream kit to shoot that event—provided by us at MPB. Winners will also receive credit to spend at MPB as well!
So if you can or do shoot sport - there's no reason not to give it a shot!
