28 Oct 2010 2:32AM
I recently bought Canon Rebel T2I and i want to buy good lenses. There are many different kinds in the stores but i don't know which ones are good. Can somebody who use canon to help me? Thank you.

How much do you have to spend?

What do you want to photograph with it?

Are there any that you have looked at that seem to fit the bill?

What lenses do you already have?

Hi Milena,

As MrGoatsmilk say please explain a bit more...

But assuming you only have the kit 17-55mm lens, then you may want more reach so a canon/sigma 70-300mm is a good start for a cheapish cost 100-200.
But you also might want a deditacted macro lens? 200-300 tamron 90mm best, but maybe a canon 60mm or 100mm. or 105mm sigma.
Maybe you want to go real wide angle - sigma 10-20mm 300.

Or maybe you need a brighter lens for lower light shots 50mm f1.8 100

Or maybe an all in one 28-300mm - i think more expensive.

You wanted photo's and budget are important things to know. I'd also always budget for a good sturdy tripod.
