The dates above are inclusive - the house has a minimum let of three nights.
The first post in the linked thread says it all really. I suppose folk may choose to stay in the relative peace of the Dunalistair Hotel accross the road - other than that, it would be a case of first to pay stay in the house.
Here's a link to the house here
And here's the hotel here
EDIT; 27/9/08 The house is now full - please don't send any money (unless it's a donation to Jamie's beer fund). But despair ye not!! I'm currently waiting to hear back from the manageress of the hotel regarding a possible group booking discount.
On a budget (aren't we all!)? You can camp at this place for £3 a night. Pretty basic but only three miles from Rannoch Village.
And if you want to see the interior of the house / pub, inhabited by loads of drunken eedjits, search Facebook for 'Jamie's Stag Do' - it's a public album.
I reckon there's enough definites to think about getting the house booked now, before the whole thing snowballs and we end up with 50 folk all trying to sleep in the bath.
It looks like each of the 12 folk staying in the house will be paying £31 for the three nights (bargain!!).
If anyone wants to paypal cash through, my email is;
Please chuck on an extra £1.20 if you're paying with paypal, to cover my fees, thanks.
Whichever way you pay, please, please put your EPZ name on the paypal payment / note with cheque or a note on the bank transfer as a reference, so I know who it's from!!
Cheques are good too - payable to Jamie Emerson and sent to;
10 Langley Street,
Tyne and Wear
If you want to do a bank transfer, please PM me or email me at;
and I'll send you my bank details.
Regarding the hotel - please don't book yet, as I'm negotiating a group booking discount with the manager - they've nothing booked in for May yet so we may get a really good rate.
The hotel is almost certainly out - they have finally come back with a quote of £70 pppn B&B based on two sharing......
We're now looking at Liarn Farm Cottages which are owned by the same folk as the house.
We're looking for two or three stout souls to 'manage' a cottage and be responsible for booking their cottage. Alan (alansnap) has kindly volunteered to sort one cottage out.
