just back from holiday with a barrel load of shots that I have only just started working on.

A brief visit to Milan gave me the opportnity to try out some `from the hip' shots...only this time I was walking along with the camera sitting on my guide book. Some worked, some didn't.

This was taken in one of the `galleries' where alfresco eating is derigeur. I have heavily cropped the original concentrating on the`Versace Collection' sign in the bg. Converted in Lightroom, I have deliberately darkened (toned down) teh foreground for effect.

Have your say? should I have cropped the top left out?

I hope you had a great holiday and we get to see some more images. These grab shots are always a lottery, but there is interest in this one. Maybe you could be more agressive with the crop in this instance and take off a large chunk of the top. The look on the face of the lady is quite intense and worth keeping a little brighter.

I have taken the liberty of a mod.
