Worthy of Note!

By ddolfelin
Just for a few moments late afternoon yesterday the sun broke through and the wind died down.
This is the view from the Studio window.
Of course, since then the wheels have fallen off and it's blowing a very wet gale outside as I write.

What a glorious view you have from your studio, Peter. Glad you saw a bit of sun yesterday. Here today we have very strong winds and a thunderstorm forecast for later in the day Sad Carol

Wow! Gorgeous image - a superb view - think I would never venture far from your studio with that vista. Bet it is even lovelier in the snow - plus you can go sledging right on your doorstep! Smile

I love that streak of light in those lovely pastures Peter.
One thing I think Santa should have left for you is a graduated filter to retain the colours in your skies.
I'm too lazy to put mine on a holder sometimes but even held in front of your lens, you'd improve those lovely landscapes.

Don't get all technical with me, Kate!
I'm vaguely surprised to get any sort of image!
If you would like some more colour in the sky, I can put it through PS for you.
Which colour would you like?

Looks like a great view and I wish I could look out on something like that every day. However whatever you've done to it in processing I'm not sure how you've managed to get the trees that strange shade of blue!!!

I like blue.
In fact I was trying to show the frost on the field above the sunlit one.
Couldn't do much about it in the end.
