Firstly I must say a massive thankyou to every vote, comment and award I received for Marooned...
At the time it knocked me off my feet (in a good way) and got me pondering the direction of my photography.

I've not got out much recently and this old boat has grabbed my attention for a second time.
This is a crop of a seven frame pano.... the bow punching through into the sunrise while the mist strokes at the stern....
And as the dawn light painted the wreck..... such beauty in decay.

Only for a moment and the moment's gone!
Dust in the wind...........

I loved the other one, this has the same quality.
Lovely reflection in the still water and a touch of mist for added atmosphere.

If you look closely and dream a little you can imagine the crew on board bringing in the catch of the day. Still lovely in its decaying state. Especially with mist and light as it was on this day at that moment.
