* Streamlining*

By Rock
In my opinion this is a stunning Stream Train and in a perfect position in the National Rail Museum, York. As you see I was so lucky not to have to many visitors in view when taking these shots.

The shot with the train is a American Chrysler Car and this was a car manufacturer attempt at streamlining .

Many thanks for all the C&C's on *Merry-Go-Round*

Incredibly shiny and clean! Rather like that car, though probably not the quantity of fuel it used!

My favorite steam locomotive. Have not seen her with her streamlined casing yet.

3 cracking images and as someone else commented exposure spot on.
Although York born and bred, Iíve never visited the NRM . I visited the Railway Museum when it resided at the back of Queen Street . I was nowt but a lad then and was shown around by a real train driver. That same day we also visited the Engine Sheds on Leeman Road exactly where the NRM is now.
