Quite an exceptional series of shots, and one of the most interesting uploads i've seen for along time. Many of the Reportage uploads on here have one or two good shots out of the lot - all of these are excellent images in their own right, and a number are really outstanding. Really impressive.

A wonderful set from a day of remembrance, deep thoughts and memories of loved ones never to return.

Thank you very much everyone for commenting or simply voting this series of images that I have to say I won't be happy to take ever; maybe the only "gain" thing I could say, is that I felt and understoond more about what people feel in such tragical circumstances and for me being there taking these photographs was a duty to hand them over to other people.
Thank you Peter for promoting this series by awarding it with the Editor Choice distinction which I clearly see it as a share duty with me.
Also, I would mention here that after 5 years from 07/07/2005 the goverment decided not to organize anything to commemorate the victims. I was getting ready to hit London before 10am yesterday to take further images but I decided to stay home and I worked for 6 hours on these pictures for putting them up here which I found more empathic.
Anyway, I hope this series would stay as a testemony for what happened and its long term consequences for victims and their families.
We won't forget them, I hope!

Incredibly moving images - I like each and everyone of them, the emotion captured on the faces. v18 in particular speaks to me. An excellent PJ series and congratulations on the well deserved EC.
