Super image of a great aircraft! The black and white version is so iconic!
You were in absolutely the right place at the right time for this shot!
Well done but I am a little jealous!

All of the above... great shot, well framed, and I'm also very jealous I did not make the trip. Well done Gavin.

A image that been planed and may be a one off chance.
Great work.
Please have a go at leavels and dodge and burn.
I am sure there more colours and textures it will make the image pop..
Well done...

This is a cracking capture that will stay wth you forever along with the noise of those wonderful engines. Well done (wish I had gone now), V1 for me.

I'm not sure what the modification is aiming to achieve, and as its creator hasn't bothered to write anything, we may never know. I can see it's an attempt at an HDR approach, but I prefer Gavin's original by far, not least because it's no doubt exactly how he saw it on the day. The modification has removed all detail in the trees in the foreground, and a fair bit of detail elsewhere too, so it's Gavin's original for me.
