9/52 With the wind

By sherlob
9/52 With the wind: Ok, so I confess that I couldn't drag myself out of bed this weekend to go and try and find a glorious sunrise in the Peaks. Instead I thought I'd stay closer to home - this was my back up image as I am not happy with the shot I took 1st off - still this has turned out as pre-visualised and overall I'm pleased. Next week, if the forecast is reasonable (as it was this morning) I'll get out of my pit - honest.

Have a great week,

Adam

That's the trouble with sunrise - they will hold it so damned early. I've hardly seen one since I retired.
I do like this very much, with the toning and long exposure making a very attractive image.

Like the various angles of the trees, with your main man tending to lean to the right, being swayed by the opinions of those trees, perhaps?
The toning added in processing is very complementary, giving a cold, almost futuristic look.

I'm all for being a pit-monster if the weather outside isn't what you'd call 'inviting'! Do like this though, especially the toning. Gives that cold feeling, along with the wind motion.
