A "monster" on the couch

By xwang
If you are a regular NT visitor, you wouldn't be surprised to see them in all forms lying on the sofa, chair or couch etc., they are ready to attack if you attempt to rest your legs on their master's furniture.
The photo was taken in Gunby Hall, an 18th-century manor house in Lincolnshire, England.

Are they as sharp as they look? Nature finds interesting ways of dispersing seeds!

NT? Is the national Trust? If so they should be prosecuted for harbouring such monsters!!! So glad that you have collected the evidence!
