Two great images, I prefer the colour version, but he mono creates, a different more stark atmosphere.

Colour version is my favourite wonderful composition light and detail and the sky is spot on Smile

I think it's got past being a 'bit' of a wreck, Carol! Grin A fine composition and capture though, and whilst I generally prefer colour to mono of the same image, think the mono works equally as well, so it would have to be half a vote for each! Wink

Great image. I think I would go for the colour version. The green of the grass surrounding the hulk adds to the image.

Great shot !! the contrast between the coarse textures of the old boat, & smooth
soft tones in that gentle sky !!.Smile

I like both versions equally !......maybe a sepia, or even blue-toned version might appeal too ?.Smile

Both images work well but I do slightly prefer the colour Carol. Great POV and wonderful textures.
