I want one, but it probably won't survive the trip to NZSad And there are no Aldi stores here to get the ingredients, but could probably get it all fresh.Smile

I'm not crazy about Xmas and all the trimmings snow I am on my own, but if I loved nearby, I would support this chap. Feeds four? Not on my pigging fat nelly would it feed four! Maybe just last long enough for second days. You may call me greedy guts.

Looks considerably more appetising than the gold-plated chips.

It was very, very tasty.

Technical details. Slow shutter speed, hand held, one brolly flash and high ISO to pick up lights from a tree behind. The warmth is from the mixed lighting. One gold reflector, right.

Mind boggling for an older photographer to see low grain images at speeds that didn't exist in film days.

The chef is getting a bit famous now.

It made SkyNews just now, on the Kay Burley (double yuck!) programme - they interviewed the chef and he had the pie in front of him.

If Saltire Blue thinks Kay Burley is bad, it was also on Lorraine Kelly.

It's a funny old world. The previous weekend's job was a couple stabbed to death in their home Inna quiet Lancashire village. That got an online only show in the Metro and the Mail.
