A COKE COLA TRUCK ON JAMES STREET SOUTH

By TimothyDMorton
While walking on James Street South I saw this truck thus I took a few photographs of it.

Once back home I checked out my series in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 1.4.1, and found this one to best so I followed the steps in the past using Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and thus you are looking at the finished image.

Hi Tim

Great capture and a reminder from the adverts that "Christmas Is A Coming", only 340 odd days to go now....

I have uploaded a mod where I have played with the shadows and highlights to try to make the van pop. Hope you like it.

A nice shot Timothy. If it were mine I would have left a little more space to the right, which might have necessitated a landscape format rather than the portrait that you have used, I would also have had to straighten up the building behind it. A good record shot of a familiar vehicle.

Another competent record shot. I'm not sure who added the red border, but its awful and completely overshadows the image.

A perfectly good record. The street sign is a bit unfortunate and everything is a little dark. Some work on the heavier shadow areas with the dodge tool would restore some detail.
