It’s probably a Morris 8 Series E in production from 1938ish to 1948ish, it was also built in Australia where it was called a Morris 8/40. Hope that helps, that looks like a seriously modified one. Not really a Critique but general information for you TimothyDMorton.
You've had the car identified, Timothy, and a nice bit of enhancement by Willie, and maybe that's all you wanted from the Critique Gallery, but I can't help saying just a little about your composition.
There is little wrong with the amount of detail you have here for a good ID, but to hold the attention of a viewer of this image, I would like to have seen an angle aimed at the left front corner (as we look at it here) in order to include some of its character on both its side and front. I like the inclusion of the people, but from this particular angle that I have suggested, there would be more car in your frame and less "dead" space on the right side of the frame.
