It must be a Mexican Range Rover; Sold as cabriolet, so there is enough free space for the sobreros! Or it may be a Camel Trophy one which never made it to the finish line...

Here in NZ if your car is trapped on Ninety Mile beach it is your duty to get it removed, or be billed for the removal, I don't know if this applies on other beaches, but as beaches in NZ are generally designated as roads it might be the same, and rightly so.
That one has been around a while for that level of decomposition and damage.
