A Journey Too Far

By gpimages
Exploring into Morecambe Bay when the tide is out can reveal some interesting shapes and textures in the channels of the sea bed, but I didn't expect to discover a car!

Thank you for taking the time to look. I hope you enjoy the shot.

Thank you for your fabulous votes and comments on 'When The Tide Went Out' and an extra huge thank you to Andy, Sandy, Andrew, Hannah, Alex, Dave, Lin, James and Tony for your wonderful awards. All muchly appreciated.

Have a great week!

Wow Graham. Wonder where that came from! The film crew wouldn’t have left it there would they!

It must be a Mexican Range Rover; Sold as cabriolet, so there is enough free space for the sobreros! Or it may be a Camel Trophy one which never made it to the finish line...

Perfect as a photo prop though.

A good wash down and it'll look like new!! 😁 Certainly makes a change from wrecks of boats, and well captured and presented, Graham 😃👍🏻

Here in NZ if your car is trapped on Ninety Mile beach it is your duty to get it removed, or be billed for the removal, I don't know if this applies on other beaches, but as beaches in NZ are generally designated as roads it might be the same, and rightly so.
That one has been around a while for that level of decomposition and damage.
Top photo journalism image.
