A captivating stare Ollie. I think the crop works well here with the brighter areas to the left and right which centres attention on the girl's face.

I like this one of her as well. Good skin tones but for the nose, which has just a bit too much highlights I think. Bert

great... love the crop, her stare, hair etc
patch of her nose being a little blown/harsh highlight distracts though, which is a shame
