The slow shutter speed works wonderfully with the potters wheel and hands....it si such a process of controlled movement. This is a beautiful capture of the moment .

Love the B/W, the hands on clay against the spinning of the wheel - magic.

There is a saying by Sai Baba, 'Hands that serve are holier than lips that pray.'

Namaste Somu, your images are honest and bring so much joy.

Love this....the fact that he sits almost ground level, and the shutter speed you used make this such a fine image. I like the Sai Baba quote by Kath.

Superb close up of the potter's hands, still and steady against the spinning wheel and clay. Wonderful detail of how he uses his fingers to shape the pot. And of course such well handled light and b&w conversion.

Potters are so very clever, making something from just a lump of wet clay.
Great movement but stillness to this Somnath.

His fingers probably can do it on their own. He could be blindfolded and still create. An excellent capture of this Somnath.
