Good Evening peeps!
Back today from a very enjoyable and photographically profitable couple of days in North Wales with the Boss, including a wonderful meal last night and a good catch up with Mr Roberts (Goggz)
We were hopeful of a good sunset on Thursday (more of that later), with a possibility of a good sunrise on Friday, followed by a worsening situation as the day went on.
SO - - -
Having had a good play on Thursday afternoon here, we got up early on Friday morning and headed over to Llandudno in sub-zero temperatures, with the hope to get onto a wee bit of the beach. No such luck. MrS attempted to find a tripod spot, only to be driven back by crashing waves, much to the amusement of onlooker (me!)
Therefore, we were restricted to shooting from "up top".
The clouds were rolling in and a huge bank in the east made us think that the early start was going to be a complete waste of time - - and then ......
The pink ribbons began to form, and we merrily clicked away!!
This was my only attempt at a a V-E-R-Y long exposure (all 407 secs of it) just as the pink was beginning to creep in, as it gave me time to put my frozen fingers into my pockets for a while!!
I hope you like - - you can officially feel sorry for MrS if you wish, he not only woke up suffering from man-flu (I'm told that it is a real
condition), but had to put up with me driving home!!
Have a great evening - - Thanks for your time - - I'm off to count the Boss's grey hairs to see just how many extra the drive home has given him!!!
