A Pune, or Play On Wordes

Readers of Terry Pratchett's books will appreciate this one.

And you also need to know that 'dudler' is a nickname, the result of Berkshire County Council sending me twelve consecutive grant cheques made out to 'Dudler' rather than 'Duder'.

This is my daughter, who teaches English, and therefore knows far more than I do about the structure of a sentence. And she is holding an end-of-term thank-you from a pupil, who clearly gets it about the family name!

The second, blurry shot is the present she gave me a week early for Father's Day.

I'm not familiar with Terry Pratchett's books but the notice does remind me of those from the War Ministry (that I've seen, I wouldn't remember them, I wasn't born then Grin, I remember the threat of nuclear attack). Sorry to digress...
