The main cash crop in northern Maine....potatoes. Everywhere. Also, rapeseed from which is made canola oil...all those beautiful fields of yellow flowers.

So, the latest today....he is no even admitting that if he can make the Post Office, which is mandated in the Constitution, not work, then Democrats cannot vote. He talks all the time about voter fraud....well we know what the real voter fraud is......

It is interesting, friends. If you know people who are mentally or emotionally screwed up (there is a better word...but this is sort of a family site...we all know what I am saying....and we all use it.), they tend to attribute traits to the "other" which is in fact in them.....and it is so transparent with The Tyrant...big baby that he is.....unfortunately also the president....at least for now. It is gonna get really (oops....there almost goes that word again) ugly the next months.

And I will add, with input from Joline, that I totally missed noting that the mountain in the background is Mt. Katahdin, the highest mountain in Maine, and with an unmissable profile...thought I missed it.

Maybe he needs a dose of a classic nanny. There's one on British TV reality shows who would have him permanently sat on the Naughty Step.

You are right, Joline. I did not notice, silly me, that that was Katahdin in the background. The one thing in Maine I have never done....and would still like to do, is climb Mt. Katahdin. And, no I have never seen The County when then potatoes are in bloom. Must be wonderful. Show us next time.

Some great potato growing country indeed, some great soil there I bet.....just like in PEI our smallest province where the billionaire Mcain family made their first fortune making French fries . I hope you make that climb one day Peter, I heard it is worth it Do it in the fall when it is cooler and the leaves have turned colour. Wonder what percentage of Appalachian trail trekkers climb it ?
