After a 6-7 hour uphill walk this bench was very welcome both for the potential to rest with a schnapps or whatever that was and for the scenery, the cloud just breaking to allow the sun and blue sky through. Another 5-6 hours later and we reached our lodgings for the night.

Note that a little +EC was used in order to combat the potential for the camera to become confused by the snow and underexpose.

A great composition perfectly exposed for both the snow and the blue sky.
