A Work In Progress.

By Tooma
Still at the SVBM/Scottish Vintage Bus Museum at Lathalmond in Fife. Lots to be done before this old beauty is ready for display.

Wonderful that so much work is done by volunteers who want to preserve these old work horses in serviceable condition.

Not aiming for any particular look this time, just an accurate representation of what I saw in well balanced images.

The V is in colour. for variety. Smile

I think it's great that people spend so much time and effort restoring the past for those in the future. Smile

I like the feel of the mono best, couldn't really say why!Blush

Quite a bit of work!! You have to admire these willing helpers who refurbish old vehicles so the public can view them once again and help to keep them from the scrapheap. The colour version is better in showing what is being replaced.

An excellent visual explanation of what coach building is all about, Tom.

astonishing--- and they are very different images--color and black and white!

Sorry Tom - I'm being rather laggardly at the moment so am playing catch up! As with the previous upload I like both versions very much but will once again have to go for the colour as, for me, it conveys a clearer sense of the 'anatomy' of the vehicle. I also like the composition and the detail; glorious! SmileSmileSmile
