The processing adds interest-- Usually I prefer color, but this mono works very nicely!

The filtration gives an original grittiness to the image. Perhaps the coffee was a bit that way too?

The mono is very effective Richard.
The scene is there but it looks very ordinary in colour, or in other words colour masks the essence of it.
I'd like to have seen the coffee cup on the nearest table
