Adding some rock 'n roll to Soul music

By Drummerdelight
James Hunter is a fantastic musician and performer! Somehow he makes many people happy with his positive vibes and music.
He just loves to entertain the crowd, here, at the end of the show, he was fooling around with his guitar... just giving what the fans wanted!
I should have photographed to looks on the crowd their faces too - forgot that detail...

In theory I was only aloud to take photographs in the first four songs...Wink
From a distance, unseen and this from different sneaky viewpoints I kept taking more candidts as I felt James was getting better as he warmed up (the crowd too).

I sent the photo's to he's manager and to my pleasant surprise, he said I should send them to James his manager in the USA - they then asked if they could make use of some of them for his coming new website... so I 'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Thank you for looking
Guy

You've really caught the moment there; it was certainly worth carrying on shooting from a discreet position. Allan

I had to come back here, I was in a hurry earlier... This is such fun, it has all the unpredictable energy of a live gig. And you may have made a very useful contact! (At the very least, free tickets next time... Wink )

Hi Ron, I used spotmetering if I remember correctly - I do most of the time, this for all kind of photography.
I do have my doubt about them actually using them as they must be receiving many shots from all over the world...
